About the position As a property technician with our client, you will work to ensure that the property portfolio is kept in good condition through ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and repairs. Main responsibilities:

• Daily rounds and corrective repairs as well as maintenance work
• Responsible for readings of media consumption
• Involved in operational optimization and energy optimization
• Contractor receiver and management/control of these
• Participate in authority inspections
• Responsible for systematic fire protection work
• Participate in budget and follow-up work
• Work in control and monitoring systems
• Administrative work such as orders, fault reporting, and invoice handling
• Drive smaller improvement projects

About you To thrive in the role of property technician, you need to find it fun and inspiring to work with service, technology, and properties. We are looking for someone with a property technician education or professional experience in property technology. You have good knowledge in one or more of the technical disciplines: Electricity, Cooling, Heating, Energy/Operational Optimization, HVAC, as well as control and regulation systems. You possess basic IT skills and have a B driver's license.

It is also an advantage if you have experience working with AI-based energy optimization.
